Terms of use

Last updated September 24, 2026

By accessing RawRadar, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Paid memberships are not currently offered; separate subscription and refund terms will be presented before recurring billing is enabled.

Educational service

RawRadar provides general educational content and organizational tools. It does not provide individualized investment, commodity trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not create a fiduciary or professional relationship. The complete limitations appear in our financial and content disclosures.

No reliance or warranty

Markets and source data change. Content may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or incorrect. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results. You remain responsible for independent verification and for decisions you make.

Acceptable use

You may use public content for personal, noncommercial reading and ordinary linking. You may not bypass access controls; interfere with security; misuse accounts; scrape at disruptive scale; impersonate RawRadar; remove attribution; or reproduce, sell, train on, or republish substantial portions of RawRadar content except as permitted by law or written license.

Third-party services

Links, embeds, data, and references may lead to third-party services that RawRadar does not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply. Inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change or discontinue features, correct content, or restrict access needed to protect the service or comply with law. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.

Important pre-launch limitation

These website terms are an operational draft for the public-content launch. Entity identity, governing-law, dispute, formal notice, and liability provisions require review and completion by qualified U.S. counsel before paid membership opens.
