Privacy policy

Last updated September 24, 2026

This policy describes RawRadar's current public website, newsletter waitlist, and account features. It will be updated before paid memberships or additional tracking tools are activated.

Information we collect

When you join the briefing, we collect the email address you submit, the signup source, consent time, confirmation status, and communication preferences. If you create an account, we process the identifiers and profile settings needed to authenticate you and provide requested features. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, requested URLs, and diagnostic events.

How we use information

  • Provide and secure requested site, account, and newsletter functions.
  • Maintain consent, delivery, unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint records.
  • Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect users and the service.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your portfolio, age, finances, or risk profile to generate individualized investment recommendations.

Service providers and retention

RawRadar uses service providers to host the site and store application data. They process information for us under their own security and contractual controls. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and suppression of unwanted email. Unsubscribe records may be retained so we can honor the request.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email when email delivery launches. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and appeal a denied privacy request. We will publish a verified privacy-contact method before collecting paid membership data or launching commercial email delivery.

Children and changes

RawRadar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date and material-change notice will identify significant revisions.
